Dr. Josse Ford is a board certified Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, functional medicine practitioner, herbal pharmacologist, and holistic nutrition expert passionate about radiant health and peak physical and mental performance. She is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions including autoimmune and digestive disorders, stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

Josse's focus is restoring balance and addressing the underlying systemic issues that lead to chronic health conditions. Her approach treats the body as a complete functioning ecosystem.

What's included in the Alchemy Immunity Program

The Immunity Program starts with a review of your current symptoms and a comprehensive medical intake based on your medical symptoms checker results and a detailed functional health history questionnaire. Dr. Josse will recommend a personalized nutrition, supplement, and ongoing care plan to recover your radiant health and build strong immunity. If needed we will order diagnostic labs to identify the causes of specific symptoms. Our ongoing care programs range from 3 to 12 months in duration and include unlimited email support, and access to our comprehensive wellness and recipe libraries. We also offer a range of payment plan options for our programs!

Do you need urgent or acute care?

Our focus is on diagnosing and treating the underlying long-term causes of poor health with Chinese medicine and functional medicine. We are not an acute care provider and are not available for same-day appointments. If you have a medical emergency, we recommend that you visit urgent care or an ER.

Do you accept insurance? How do I pay?

We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance. Advanced Chinese medicine and functional medicine are generally outside the scope of insurance plans. For some specific treatments we can provide you with a medically coded superbill that you can use to claim directly from your insurance provider. Some aspects of your program may be eligible for reimbursement from your HSA or FSA. We accept payment by cash or credit card and pre-payment is required in most cases.

Does the program include health coaching visits?

Early in your program Dr. Josse will recommend an ongoing care plan that may include health coaching calls.

Can I message you with questions during the program?

Messaging is typically included in most ongoing care programs. We provide unlimited email support and access to messaging with our admin team.

What are my options for continuing care at Alchemy?

Our ongoing care programs range from 3 to 12 months in duration. The length of time and specific elements of each plan are individualized based on a detailed assessment of your health and goals for improvement during a 60 minute initial consultation with Dr. Josse. Our programs include unlimited email support and access to our comprehensive wellness and recipe libraries. We also offer a range of payment plan options.
