How The Program Works
Each session in your six-week program has a unique focus to connect you with your purpose, break free of the past, and begin the creation of a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. It's a fun and dynamic experience!
Through visualizations, discussions and energy medicine treatments, we help you reconnect with your unique life blueprint. Acupuncture, FSM and other natural healing modalities help free you from blockages connected with past traumas or limiting beliefs. We also create a personalized nutrition plan for each patient to increase energy and vitality for the journey.
Our aim is to move you from feeling stuck, unhealthy and unfulfilled to a state of clarity and energized flow. Now you can create your new life!
About Your Doctor
Dr. Josse Ford DACM
Dr. Josse grew up in New Zealand and comes from a family of doctors. She believes that the body is a supercomputer that can heal itself when detoxified and given the right nutrition.
Josse combines the timeless principles of Chinese Medicine with the latest research in Functional Medicine, with a focus on wellness, transforming the causes of chronic health conditions, and helping patients achieve their purpose and dreams.
The Program
Our six week Spiritual Tune-Up program combines group and individual sessions to release the old patterns you are holding in your body and subconscious. Each week is an exciting exploration and discovery of the new life that you are beginning to create!
Week 1 Discover Your Purpose
There is a master plan for your life! In this session we discover your unique purpose through visualization and an acupuncture session focused on discovering your unique path.
Week 3 Balance Your Chakras
Energy needs to flow! It cannot stagnate. Blocked and unbalanced chakras impede our journey towards our dreams. During this session we determine which chakras are out of balance and use Light and Sound technology to bring them back into balance.
Week 5 Open Your Golden Heart
Love is the key to success. In this session we release fear and open the heart chakra. When we are on fire with our mission and purpose, we become a force of nature!
Week 2 Set Your Goals
The key to success is intense focus on your unique purpose. You will learn to lock this image into your subconscious. Using the latest learning research we set actionable goals for your new life.
Week 4 Change Your Beliefs
Often our old trauma and limiting beliefs hold us back from being all we could be. In this session we use cupping, guasha and Frequency Specific Microcurrent to release trauma from the brain and clear out old blockages from the body.
Week 6 Integration and Roadmap
In this final session we integrate the work from our previous sessions and create a roadmap for your journey. You now have a solid foundation and plan for charting your own creative path!
